im doing a cluster swap on my 88 civic hatchback dx no tach to a 89 crx si cluster with a tach....and im having some problems....i need to repin the wires according to the crx plug....trust me its not plug n play....89 crx cluster is different from 88 civic hatchback....but heres the problem.....i found a all yellow wire which is for the crx fuse no.1...on my 88 hatch the wire is pinned on the left side where there is 12 plugs but for the 89 crx its located on the right side where its on the 8 plugs....how can i move it over???? the wire is too short to reach....any ideas???? im using this diagram: click to enlarge

i cut the wire and extended it to reach the other side
