I was just adding to the list of people i know are on here. Hey, the more h-t people on the podium the better...
JS, who wonders if any of those Honda drivers on the results are actually NOT on here..

Both days were very fun courses. I just got in a couple of hours ago.
Saturday was very close. I think all of us left some time out there, but not sure how much.
Sunday(today) was a much faster speed maintnance course. Hollis took an early lead and just kept getting faster. I was trying to pay attention to his times as I knew I was going to have to catch him for the win. I was able to put down a pretty good clean 2nd run which would leave me my only chance with my last run. Hollis came back in after his 3rd with another 2 tenths faster. I had to make up 7 tenths I think. I knew I had it there, although Hollis probably left some time out there as well. I made the decision to go for the win knowing Jason Frank would probably move into my 3rd position(which he did), but I had to go for it knowing it was out there. I had everything going just perfect and tried to flat foot the slalom near the finish and ended up spinning. I'm curious just how much time I could have knocked off if I hadn't gotten greedy in the slalom. Oh well, what can you do. It was a great event and enjoyed meeting some of the other STS guys I haven't talked with much before.

well, I am running a D16A6 .040 over motor with ITB's big cam etc. the car is in progress, but it seems to be pretty good at this point. I still have a lot of development to go.
I forgot more about hondas then you will ever know....

yeah, you need a remote gas cap remover/replacer.
i had a shitty day saturday, with my head up my *** so far, well, i looked like a donut. sunday i felt good, and had the confidence in the car so i did a little better. botched the third run, but all well. my co-driver nelson (tunes12) had a okay day saturday, and a shitty day sunday. we can never seem to both run decent on the same day. hopefully daddio won't kill us too bad next week at devins.
oh, the highlight of my weekend was....

Yeah, Eric has the colored Kumho MX-Cs. They were sitting outside his trailer at today's event, the sidewalls were black but there was red dust along the contact patch and all over the wheels.
He wanted a blue tire and a white tire so he could have the whole red white and blue thing going on, but Kumho sent him the wrong ones. I think he had 245/45/17s or 255/45/17s or something small like that on them.
There was a hot rod show after our autocross with a burnout competition that he was going to use them in, but I didn't stick around for that (it was hot out).

Day 2 - I really, truly sucked. Too much Hip Huggers not enough sleep. Great partying with bbqman (Carl) and Bruno. It's cool to be an honorary Canadian.

LOL, Ahaha... Welcome to the club dude. bbqman is allways great to hang out with. BTW, there will be a few more of us at Devens if you still care to join us.
JS, who usually drives better with 2 hours of sleep and a hangover...
