I did some searching on all the prelude tranny's. I know the m2a4, m2b4, and of course the m2y4 can fit the base model 5th gen prelude. Now I just came across a m2f4 which is a 2.2 vtec tranny from the 93-96 model. Can I use this tranny on my 5th gen lude. Not only that , but from what I read on the gear ratios this tranny is good for n\a applications. Anyways...

yes that trany will bolt up, as long as you have a base model prelude, and not the SH
next time refer to the FAQ at the top.. its right their under drivetrain
