if i wanna set it on the bottom perch, what do i need to do
what kind of tools and how do i move the perch down?
can i just do it with the shocks/springs on the car or do i have to take them out
and do i have to take the springs out also? thx

 

You have to remove the shocks and springs, pull the top from the top of the shock to relieve pressure on the springs, remove the C-clip from the bottom of the spring on the shock and move it to the lowest perch, then reinstall everything.
