Default Engine Swap Process: Lightweight weight or stock pulley?

Ok I am in the process of installing my built Y8. When I got the Y8 to start building it didn't have a crank pulley. So I bought a light weight pulley to put on. I have since heard that the light weight pulleys don't act as a harmonic balancer and can cause problems.

Would you guys use the light weight one or the one off of the old A6?
