Hello Everyone

I just got my R about four months ago, and it is completely standard. I now want to get an air filter and exhaust in order to make it sound that little bit better. I know that it really wont boost power too much (as the standard R's induction/exhaust is so good), but just want a kick *** sound to go with the cars performance. I only want the rear section of the exhaust as well as an air filter which is easy to remove as insurance in the UK makes you declare your mods and I dont want to pay more insurance as it is already at the $3K+ level, and if it was involved in a crash would like to remove it quickly. Any ideas on which induction exhaust is best, know any distributors in the UK, any modded R's which I could take a look at in the UK. Or can any distributors tell me how much shipping is to the UK.

Actually the Euro Type R exhaust is not as good as you think. You can remove the intake resonator for a better sound. The header is a bottleneck and the cat also. And at some points in the exhaust pipe there are bottlenecks also....

 

Nice, another London teg ... mines also stock so if/when you make mods let me know if the benifits worth the £ ... Insurance is a bit steep on these puppies i agree, did you try Adrian Flux 4 a quote ???
