Default Idle problems, and perhaps Main Relay?

Well I have this little problem with my 1994 Civic EX. The car will start up fine in the morning (Most of the time) I will drive to work, and stay there for about 6 hours. Go out to start the car back up... And I don't hear the Fuel Pump priming. It will start up for a second, and bog out. Then it's just cranking after that, no start up.

If I wait about 15minutes, it starts right up.

I went ahead and replaced the Spark Plugs, Wires, Distributor Rotator and cap, and Fuel Pump in hopes that would cure the problem... To no avail.

So I did a bit of searching, and it sounds as if it's the Fuel Pump Relay. Does this sound plausible? Is there anything else that it may be?

Thanks in advance,

Sounds exactly like the main relay. I had it happen to me in both the cars i've owned.

Alright, I guess I'll see where I'm at when the dust settles.
