Why would shipping be different for the blades and from the meshes? I don't understand that...please explain.
Usually it cost like 100-120 to ship rims WITH tires.

Actually, my brother got a set of 17" axis se7ens with tires shipped for $70 from georgia to kentucky.. so the price might be a bit steep for 15s

the blades have tires on them, thats why it would cost more. but if you buy the blades w/o the tires, shipping is the same as the meshes.
and it all depends where you go to get it shipped. i was just gonna drop it off at UPS and do ground shipping for it. for me, i just dont want to go through the hassle of packing them up, drop it at UPS for a quote, come back and tell you what the shipping price is, then you back out. then i'll do the same for 7 other guys that had the same request as you. if shipping is more, i have to eat it. if shipping is less, you pay knowing your cool with the TOTAL price.
