I have a 1989 CRX Si w/ JDM b16a Swap, and I am having a lot of trouble finding replacement parts that for the car. Since most stores online don't list parts based on engines/swaps, I don't know what parts I need. For instance I think you use 90-93 Axles for a CRX with this swap, and lots of parts from a Del Sol VTEC engine. What I am wondering does anyone have a list/website that tells what parts to get for the crx b16a swap from other cars?

Also can I use parts from USDM b16a's (B16A1,B16A2, etc...) like headgaskets, headers, water pumps, etc...?

P.S. I am NOT looking for a website that tells the parts needed for a swap, because some things didn't necessarily need to be changed at that time (Oil Pump, Oil Pan Gasket, etc...)

Actually someone asked this question last week and a link was posted, just search thru

 

Jdm and usdm b16a's are the same. All gaskets are interchangeable.

Header---Any bseries will fit, b18 header is taller
Oil pump, waterpump---any bseries vtec
Axles---90-93 teg...if you have y1 trans, you need to get a 90-93 teg intermediate shaft so you can use 90-93 teg axles

Dist cap and rotor---90-91 teg

Basically, all replacement parts are available. Just order parts from 94-97 delsol vtec or 99-00 si.

Ok I have searched and I still cannot find the FAQ or the thread with the link, can anyone shed some light on this for me?

 

for the most reliable parts for the B16 swap use the HAsport or avid B series to EF parts for the axles but everything else honda is fine !
