Default Looking for information on specs for h22 vs h23-vtec

Im looking for a block right now to start building up for my Crx I've had for awhile now. My question is, What are my possibilities with an h23 block? I've heard that you can do a vtech conversion on it, im assuming with an h22 head, that will net more torque than an h22. Is this true? My goal for the engine is to have it sleeved, built and running about 22-25 psi. Which is a better platform to begin with? Im trying to find something cheap and im not sure which to go with.

You will not need a longer stroke for that much boost. You will have bigger issues with traction IMO. Stay with the 90.7 stroke...
