How loud would a car equipped with toda b's and a wide open exhaust system be? I occasionally run my car with open exhuast at non-sanctioned events and was wondering whether there would be any difference in noise level.

Im having a feeling it might sound like the skunk2 integra in the clips on their site. Loppy and loud in a mean, muscle sorta way.

Anybody know?

 

Not loud enough to notice a difference. Just a little "loppy?" but not noticably louder. I also run open at the track, with stock internals though.

 

hmm makes me wonder whats making all that racket in the skunk2 teg then?

 

Are the CAMS the same? Maybe I could be wrong..

 

Ahhhh! Wait! It also could be the header design.. that effects noise... I have the JDM Honda 4-1.

And was that a GS-R or ITR?

 

I run my R with open header at the track, with Toda B's, and it sounds very loud and aggressive.
