so when im back up my car and apply the brakes and come to a complete stop it makes a popping noise, after shifting into gear and letting go it pops once again

ive read a few post on cv joints and axles but im wondering what it could be

anyone else had this problem before?

seems only to happen when im backin up and my right front wheel faces out, but no problem when the left front faces out

 

Sounds like your axle. Check your right hand side axle and see if theres any wear and tear on the boot. Sounds like thats your problem.
