Default Oem Fogs with running lights.

I did a few searches and came across a few different ways of doing this. The first was the way that I had done it on my old em1 which required removing a wire from one area of the harness and replacing it with the wire from the foglights.

I also ran across a way to do it with the fuse box using a bypass wire or something along those lines.

I was just wondering what people recommend and would be the safest.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On my integra, I took the wire that is supposed to be plugged into the combo switch and plugged it into the fuse box accessory port that is "hot" when I turn on my parking lights instead. There is one port that is hot all the time, one that is hot when the ignition switch is on, and one that is hot with parking lights on. If you do it that way you will also have to replace the 7.5 amp fuse in the fuse box with a 15 amp.
