Are these rims light weight and worth $250?

Pic is kinda hard to see but they came stock with i belive the 2003 Civic.

actually those are somewhat light(for an OEM Honda wheel that is)..those are the "hybrid" wheels(dont know the exact weight)there was a guy rocking these on his EG hatch and they looked pretty damn good ..dont think i'd pay $250 though(even with brand new tires)
