hey. i have a 90 accord ex that i just put a cold air intake on, works and sounds fine except when the rpm's get around 3000 then it makes a whistling noise for a second, it feels like a sweet spot on the throttle to hold that whistling, does anyone have the same problem or know what it is?

 

i have the same problem but i dunno y it happens either

 

Adjust your throttle screw...it is on the throttle body and should be a standard screw, open it up just a hair and no more whistling sound.
