passing inspection
allright guys. I'm posting this for my friend.
He has a 93 hatch with a fully stripped interior, and we are wondering if he can pass inspection in VIRGINIA with that.
One of our friends didnt pass inspection because they said he didnt have a front defroster. He had the climate system (had the blower motor and heater core still in) but had no ay to control it.
Since my friend doesnt have any of that (just a cluster, headunit, and a steering wheel) will he pass inspection.
