hooked up intake and CE light came on

Default hooked up intake and CE light came on
I just hooked up an aem intake on my 2005 civic si. the check engine light came on for bout 20 miles then went off and i connected up all the senors and wires back up. and hooked the IET back up. The check engine light went off so do u think its fine now?

upplug the battery and then plug it back, should do the trick.
