What's going on guys! I am debating between two cars for a nice daily driver. I've narrowed it down to two cars pretty much, but can't really decide. Ultimately, what I want out of this daily driver is something that is brand new, comfortable, classy, respectable, and kinda more on the blingin luxury side.

On a side note, I will be keeping my civic and making it my weekend warrior(Possibly building it and going for a stronger turbo setup).


The two cars narrowed down are:


Honda S2000 in red as pictured above
Pros: Sporty, quick, & convertible
Cons: 2-seater & the car might tempt me into modding it.

or


Mercedes C230 sedan in black
Pros: Provides 4 passengers, classier than the s2000, more comofortable, and finally although it's an entry level Benz, it is still a Benz
Cons: Sluggishly slow, only comes in a TipTronic Auto Tranny, and it is an entry-level Mercedes.


Feel free to list alternatives, however I am tied down to a 35k budget and ultimately want a brand new car. I've already tried searching for alternatives, but nothing has really caught my attention as a bling/luxury type car.

i would pick the s2k. since your into the bling and want a more respectable car, then get the C230. some think that the s2k is for ****, and if your a big guy then your gonna look funny getting out of it. would you consider other cars? like a G35 coupe perhaps? or an M3?

A brand new G35 coupe is actually a pretty good option, however a brand new M3 is out of the 35k price cap.

get a G35 sedan, BMW 325, new Acura TL, or new IS330. I think u can get the manual with all of those.

 

get the new TLs, wit the aspec kit, sexy and classy, best bang for the buck in my opinion.

 

damn...i wish i was faced with such a tuff choice...

maybe a TSX ( light blue with tan leather )

 

i would want to mod just about any car i got, i dunno about you but if you want a daily driver get a piece of **** car that is too shitty to mod (plus they are cheap so you can dump all of your moeny into the civic!!)

 

be a baller and get the benz.

Just FYI, the C-Class is available with a 6-speed manual. Personally, I wouldn't get the S2000 because I'd be modding it like crazy The C230 with the Sport Package and 6-spd would be very nice to have

lol.. only Honda lovers would use a brand spanking new 30k plus car as a daily driver and save their econobox Honda as a weekend warrior

its ok.. I'm the same..I went with the Z though.. I really wanted an s2k..esp. here in cali.. convertible is a must..


but in all honesty.. I wished I went with a used E46 m3 instead of a brand new 350z.. try looking into that.

 

take the benz...its only going to be a daily driver, so why need something you need to speed in?

 

of the two that you listed, i would pick the mercedes. if it were up to me look for a nice 3series. btw nice house
