Help with D16Z6 into LX, wtf is this valve?

Default Help with D16Z6 into LX, wtf is this valve?

Item #9 & 1 (upper right)


It sounds dumb and a problem I could search for, but trust me, its hard to find out what it is. From what I've found so far, its not the IACV (only other plug/item I wasn't sure about before). Basicly, I'd like to know its name, function (not really), and where the wires for it would be attached to the D16Z6 (if at all).

Whats throwing me off is that the D16Z6 harness was hacked a bit to put the motor into a teg. I think the harness it came with may even be from a gsr, since it has 2 unused plugs (2wire plug for knock (1 wire used), 2wire plug for IAB?).

#1 is the AC valve 'thing' that brings your idle up when the AC is turned on to keep the car from stalling. It looks like that sensors is attatched to it and uses vacuum compression to keep the idle high when AC is engaged.

Use the wire harness that came with your chassis, not the harness from the new engine!!!!!!

I am, its the d15 wire harness. I'm just saying that the connector doesn't appear to be mirrored on the d16 harness. Barely any 'online resources' show the dpfi manifold, but plenty of info on the z6. My guess is that the p28 ecu bumps idle electronicly?
