starting my car

when i start my car it revs a lil low and its the real loud screaming sound that just stays there when the cars started we checked the timing and allot of other crap any one know the problem?

try taking the a/c belt off, my crx did that, it was the bearings in one of the pulleys.

could also be in the alternator.
