What spring rates do you guys suggest for daily driving and occasional track events. Also, what suspension setup do you reccomend? any suggestions would help.

spring rates depend on what car, and how much you can handle in terms of stiffness.

 

Koni/Ground Control for me too. If you don't know what spring rates to get, just tell Ground Control what you want from your car and what you will be doing with it. Then they will hook you up with the perfect spring rates for your application...
