did search....gc/koni custom spring rate

i made up my mind..and decided to go to with koni yellow shocks.and ground control...
everyone else online recommends to do the custom spring rates.....for road racing.with a b16a motor and tranny .and very aggrressive daily driving.....so what do you recommend???.i am new to the crx suspension and yes i have done a search ....i am looking for opinions..recomendations...and what you guys have
also what is you definition of road racing

i run a 375F 450R GC coilover w/ KYB AGX shock.

when you finally decide which spring rate you want. you'll have to have the konis revalved for the spring rate you selected.
