I was in an electronics store the other day and they had some displays of night vision cameras connected to a computer. The computer acted as a "VCR", recording footage to the hard drive.

I'm wondering if any of you security experts are using a similar setup. I have an old 1.8ghz Celeron computer that's not really being used. I would like to make that Celeron the basis for a security system to monitor the driveway and street by my house where my car is parked.
