tint question

got my windows tinted today and it all looks good except the rear window, there a a couple of huge bubbles and one spot where there is a crease is there anyways to get the bubble out and the crease out

take a needle and poke a couple holes into the bubble,..then take a credit card or squeegie (sp?) and squeegie it out,..take the card or squeegie and start rubbing on the bubble
