hey guys, im new to the boards and such. i bought this car about 6 months ago and got my license about 4 months ago. payed 2.5k for it with every mod on it except the headlights and tachometer, i put those in. the car is a '97 civic dx with about 117,000 miles on it with a manual tranny. please rate me car

Well I wont go any further.

 

just so you will know what to expect,....you are gonna hear "lose the headlights, taillights, and rims,...and then slam it"

 

I'm not going to bash you because we have all been there (back in the day).

1. Get regular tail lights

2. Lower it a bit

3. I would get regular head lightsm or if you like then its not to bad.

4. If you like the rims gust lower so there is no wheel gap or maybe get some other rims if you want.


I say a 6 but has the potential for a 8.

If I were you those rims have good potential I would go to auto store and buy some dupicolor black spray paint and paint the rims were its white, black and leave a polished lip with those rivets. that would be nice.

Lose the tails, go to red/clears.

Lose the rims; the whole white rim fad has been on its way out for a while.

Drop it a bit, because a drop always looks good.

Keep it the way you want

 

1-10 with 10 being the highest..... i give it a 3 or 4. and ur license plate number is still visible... heh.

im not to worried about the plate, my mom is weird so she wanted me to do that

a bit rice. all those wiring need some work.. looks all HACK UP.

it has potential. its a nice car and it could look alot better if you follow some of the advise from the fellow h-techers....

get stock tailights drop it some more the rims im not really diggin them paint them so other color or sumthing and the engine bay u got wires running all over

kind of reminds of me some ricer civic trying to get crazy with me on the freeway this afternoon.

Build it how you want it to be. Dont just jump on bandwagons.

2500 is CHEAP! Thats a crazy price. Keep it clean and safe.
