Default SCC Suspension Geometry Article, What this means to Hondas

I just flipped through the latest Sport Compact Car magazine. There is an article an suspension geometry regarding roll centers, the effect of lowering among other variables. The article is part 3 of their suspension series of articles.

What is the optimum ride height for a civic to achieve a good balance between center of gravity and roll resistance?

Also, does anyone having any nuggets of wisdom or experience that are relevant to this article?
