Default The R got egged again!!!! What's the best way to fix the chips???

Well for the 2nd time in 5 months, someone successfully used my car as target practice for an egg throw. The first time wasn't so obvious, being it was on the lower portion of the passenger side. This time it's on the upper drivers side and the paint is all messed up. There's basically a half moon of chips all in a row and a few stray chips here and there. It's unbelievable how something as stupid as an egg can rip up your paint. I guess you can't have anything nice anymore.

Anyway, is the only fix it for this, touch up paint/wet sand/buff? I'm going to have my detail guy at work see what he can do with it, so if anyone has gone through this before with a PY, let me know how it came out. Thanks in advance.

This kind of stuff just aggravates me til no end. ****** haters!!!

Without pics its really hard to assess the damage. If you are unsure, then take it to a few body shops that are trust worthy and get their opinions.

Is this happening at work or home? I would recommend a car cover.

Right in front of my house. I don't think the 2 occassions are related. Probably some kiddie punks around here. 2 months ago, someone wrote DSM in big letters on my drivers side window with one of those white markers. People need to get a life and leave our cars alone. Funny thing is that the street I live on hardly gets any traffic. You'd be lucky to see a handful of cars an hour during the day.
