89 civic DX ---

I can not get my head lights off... this is really bugging me. Im stumped.

I even bought the repair manual from autozone.. I took off every damn bolt it shows. The damn things still sittin there.. they rock back and forth thats it.

I gotta take them off so I can get to some bolts under them.. so I can get my bumper off.

its a big pain. any help or secrets i will send you asians girls via paypal.

there is a 10 under the headlight in the back thats prolly your problem... then you gatta just manuver them out

yeah, there's one or two at the very base and you have to remove the bumper to get to them, they're just a pain really

whack. i can't get my bumper off cause there is this metal strip above it.. and i can't get that off b/c i can't get the lights out....

in the morning im gonna take pictures and try to figure this out

 

The bumper is super easy to remove, its nearly fun. Remove the bottom splash shield bolts, remove the screws on both sides in the wheel wells that secure the bumper. Remove the bumper lights, 2 bolts behind the lights on both sides, remove these, you're done. I love how easy they made it.

 

To take bumper off:
-take off bumper signal lights
-take off two 14mm screws on each side
-take off screws on either side of bumper in fender-well

(I don't remember if it's 14mm or 12mm bolts inside the bumper lenses)

 

i dunno my car is whack then. i'll have to post the pics when its daylight outside

 

well apparently i fudged something up after my first failed attempt. now i can't pop my hood.

im a nub. i'll get the pictures up asap

 

the repair manuals at autozone are virtually worthless and have caused many people to become quite frustrated too.
