Unless you have a LOT of track/autox time, get Kumhos. Sticky as hell, unbeatable price, decent treadwear and wet performance. The Azenis are badass, but they'll wear down too fast for a street tire. I didn't like the Ziex tires when I had them and I hear mixed reviews on the Nittos.

the kumhos are a great deal, but don't expect any kind of supeior traction over stock quality tires. they have great treadwear, and their wet-weather traction is a step in the right direction, but in my experience, they really are lackluster when it comes to performace driving (in both 15 and 17 sizes). they make great "street" tires in a situation where you are simply driving from point a to point b, but if you plan to log ANY track time, get something else.

That has not been my experience, nor the experience of others I know. Name a better performance tire bang for the buck that's realistically streetable.

well i have had my falken aziens for a long time. well not that long and they are the best tires out there. i can launch higher on the street. they handle great and i think they are worth the money. i mean come on. tires wont last forever. these are rated at 15k miles. thats really low but hell. i would take traction over good tread wear any day. rather be goin threw tires and wining then having one pair of tires for a long time and gettin my *** kicked each time i race due to bad traction. but thats just me. maybe everyone is diffrent. =]
