So are they both CSL's or just the white one? (curious because of the difference in the front bumper)

No need to hate me I drive a honda econobox like much of the site. The white one has the csl front bumper. Neither is an actual CSL from Europe. The blue one did get the rims from Europe before the comp package was offered.
