Hey everyone, can someone tell if you need to use 91 Octane Premium Gas after you swap a H22A motor into your accord, or does it still take 87 Octane? Please let me know ASAP, any replies would be greatly appreciated, thanks everyone!

Cool, thanks for the reply I thought it would be 91, but wasn't 100 % sure. Do you have a H22A swap?

 

I only put 93 in mine.

 

Getting one but everyone around me has one. But we can get 93.5 octane at some places so most run that. But 91 is pretty standard. Some parts of the us the highest they can get is 91 others its 93/94 octane.

 

yeah we have 93 around here and that's all I put in my h22, anything lower my car won't run right, found that out when we did the swap and had a over 1/2 of 87 car ran like **** for a while.
