I paid 800 a while back for my front end so i think its worth it if the body is perfect. Just paint it drop and b16 and your set.

call me crazy but jdm is gay. stick with your guns, and if your all about the gay-dm stuff, spend 500 bucks yourself and get the conversion so you dont have to go through the headache of spending more loot for another motor when you already got a decent platform

I agree with this much of his statement. You already have a swap, stick with your car and get a JDM front.

His car is basicly the same thing but gutted and from the way it sounds the crx with jdm front has a better body condition than his. Oh yea the motor might not be the same but a single cam is still a single cam. I say so it and drop a dual cam motor in the jdm front crx.

Agreed with the conversion not costing much, but downing the JDM look because you like rice better? Go hit yourself in the head with a rock!!! Wtf is wrong with restoring the vehicle to the original designed specs as it was intended back in Japan (not to mention you can get better performance aerodynamically for less money and have that proverbial "sleeper")? I would rather have a JDM appearing car with USDM Si internals than a wing-kit car with nothing but show and lots of extra weight. Personally it just adds weight and downgrades the looks; it makes people that actually appreciate the design and performance of the vehicle laugh in amusement that some stupid 18 year old kid would ruin a classic EF chassis with neon and a 20 foot wing. I would rather have a nice USDM Std hatch (like I actually have) because it is the purest form of the EF hatch as designed by Honda other than having the JDM SiR, but that is the opinion of a die-hard automotive enthusiast and not some jackass rice-racer high school drop out wannabe.

IMO, anybody with the so-called "GayDM" issue might need to give up their honda because it was made in Japan (Oh no)!

I am all about this dude's possible trade, it is a pretty nice deal considering what can be done for so few dollars. Either way it is a wash, get the JDM front vehicle in trade and do a little sus-work and motor-swap done for about the same as it would cost to redo the front clip on his existing vehicle and bring it to existing "looks" standards.

with rice and it's uneducated style challenged supporters
with JDM and USDM sleepers
