Default Rear Control Arm question for 2000 Accord EX

Hi,

I recently tried to have my car aligned, and was told that I have a possible bent control arm or strut on the rear driver's side. I'm thinking of changing the control arm myself, but I'm not sure where the best place to get a new one is. Any suggestions? I'm told the that dealership prices are high for them. Also, I believe there may be more than one control arm in the back? If so, should I change both? I'm trying this in lieu of taking it to the dealer and having them fix it, and the control arm(s) don't seem that bad to change.

Should also mention that the wheel ran on a curb, which is what caused the alignment problem in the first place.
