Default using auto wire harness in a manual car.

im puttin in an h22a into my prelude si thats manual. the h22a is manual but doesnt come with harness and the original harness from my car is gone. somehow i got my hand on some prelude si automatic harness and im goin to use it. everything plug in (engine wise) but i have like 5 or so plugs left that are suppose to go to the automatic tranny. wat do i do with them? cut it (what my common sense is thinking)? what other wiring job do i need to do?

thanks

Well if the wiring is the same as other honda's you can eliminate all but one wire, you need to keep one of them for the reverse lights.
