Default Ride height change from 205/60/15 to 205/50/15?

Sidewall height will drop from 4.84 to 4.03.I know this already.

So this will raise my car 0.81 inches or 1.62 inches (0.81by2)? is there more to it than that such as car weight and tire squatting when actually on the ground?

Just trying to set up my coilovers before i head to the the tire shop then the alignment shop.

Thanks
