puting on a flywheel but

im about to swap my b16 from one crx to the other but while its out ,is it ok to put my new 9 pound exedy flywheel on a about 5000mile exedy stage one clutch.also what are the torque specs i need to put on the flywheel

sweet thanx ive never done this before is there anything else i need to do or know when going into this.

criss cross pattern & torque the pressure plate bolts aswell 45 ft lbs

make sure to use some loctite
