Default Sprint Springs spring rate

Anybody know what the spring rate is for the sprint extreme line springs for 88-91 civic/crx? I already have the springs on my car for over a year.. just curious.

Tried looking it up on their site and they dont list the spring rates, all they show is this:

Civic/CRX 88-91 X1000 3.25/3.00 $126.00 $273.00

Anybody have any good/bad experiences with these springs? I never seen another spring co that makes springs that drop the car over 3"
