Default Front end noise increasing with speed

92 integra

When I drive I hear a thumping sound from the front end .The faster I go the faster the thump gets . When I turn to the right the thump goes away but any other time its there constantly. When i stick my head out my window i can hear a clicking or ticking sound coming from what seems like my front drive side wheel.

I jacked the car up and the front driver side wheel seems like its got a tiny bit of play when i push in and out on it. Its almost like the lug nuts arent all the way tight . Of course they are though I did this to the other side to make sure this wasnt normal and of course thers no play at all in it.. Just thought id post here before I went and blew a bunch of cash on a mechanic All replies will be appreciated

BTW I changed out both front tires to make sure it wasnt a knot or an out of round tire.
