Default cluster swap help

heres the deal...i have an 88 hatchback dx and it does not have a cluster...i just bought a 89 crx si cluster with tach...when i installed it and a couple of things arent working....the fuel and temperature gauges dont work and my hi-beam indciator lite doesnt work....ive searched and found out that some cluster are plug n play but some arent...this cluster has a extra blue plug in it but i dont have an extra plug for it....can someone help me oout.....thankz....

maybe the cluster bulb for the highbeam im not too sure about the temp gauge prolly sumtin up with connection or the cluster but high beams should be the bulbs
