Default Best way to clean Stainless Steel Headers...

I have some burnt oil on my stainless steel header... I've tried simple green, but it's not working all that great...

What is the best way to clean off burnt oil? I'm gonna go out with a tooth brush and see what it can do...

I'm open to suggestions... thanks.
