most are now by the ecu inside the cabin on the passenger floorboard. just extended the wires, soldered, and heat shrunk each connection.

cut/shorten or just run the brake booster line underneath the MC and brake booster

i was wondering how i should do that. where that line actually connects to the intake manifold, can you turn that piece down so it doesn't have to run up and be so noticeable?

well neither the heat shield nor the hose will be there for too much longer, about to be a nice top mount mani and turbo taking its place. just waiting for it in the mail. thanks for the suggestions on that though, i bet it would make a significant difference.

and thanks for the comment on the valve cover. i was pretty happy how it turned out.

and yeah i was suprised when i saw that bolt. i didn't even notice it till i was looking at the pictures. could have turned out to be a hairy situation if that came out.

damn - I would not even know where to start with something like this. Probably something more than I would want to get into right now - but it looks so good. How did you decide where to start or how to do it?

i suggest just removing your engine harness, reroute everthing on the cabin floor then back into the engine bay. alot of things will still connect up, but to get them to hide a little better i just lengthened the wire, just watch for the distributor wires, it has a shielding on it and i suggest if you lengthen it you also lengthen that shielding then ground it to the thermostat ground. the headlight wiring is probably the most "unfun" part and just gets tedious. nothing really hard about this, just takes some time.

Mine was tucked, then I had a short I couldn't find. Fun fun spending $300 for a used complete car harness to fix it.
