Something is loose or simply put together wrong. First thing to go is pull the wheel off and tighten everything. Knocks and clunks come from parts moving and then impacting other things. It could be coming from poorly set coil-overs, loose arms, bottoming parts, etc. There are too many options to list so the answer is to get in there with wrenches and tighten things up and look for any unwanted opportunity for motion.

I had a similar situation coming from my front left tire. I don't know if its the same thing with you, but after a while, I checked underneath the suspension and noticed that a screw was missing from the LCA nut that screws it together. Apparently, the shop that fixed my wheel bearing forgot to put the metal rod thingie through the nut, which caused the screw to slowly slip down and fall off.
