96 civic my a/c compressor is not turning on checked all the fuses,relays,still doesnt turn on . the switch in the console is good checked that too. anyone know of a solution??? any help thanx

 

I would like to find out as well. I'm having the same problem except mine is a 94 civic.

 

so its not engaging when you turn the ac switch on, then its wat called the ac clutch, its part of the compressor and its what allows it to spin freely when the ac is off to keep drag off the motor and then when you turn the ac on it engages.
