SiR swap running rich,....HELP!!

SiR swap running rich,....HELP!!
i have a 90 crx si with a b16a (SiR ecu)......running extemely rich.....just installed brand new o2 sensor......
i have code 23 (knock sensor)......car has been running with that code for a while and has never given me any problems before.....any suggestions???
i know running the SiR ecu is expecting to see 2 signals from 2 different o2 sensor.....but the veh has been running fine with only one for about 1.5 years.....
