I have the plug and harness from a 99-and up dash harness, But I need to know if the radio mounts in the same way. I want to put a cd/tape audio unit from a 99-or up accord into my girlfriends 97-accord. I have tried ebay for a 96-97 SE Accord cd player and hanevn't had much luck. I wanted the SE player that way it would all light up the same at night. But I might be willing to mount the DD unit from a 99-02 if I knew it would fit correctly into the DD opening that is in her 97. I mean actually screw down in the factory locations, I don't want to COBB anything in her car, (if you get my drift.) Any help would be awesome. i have my stock cd player sitting in the closet... if you want, i can take some pics of the brackets and even some measurements... although it'll be with an old, crappy camera phone.

you'd still need to measure/examine hers to be sure though
