anyone own a 92-95 prelude vtec wit an AEM short ram intake with a carb number that is actually legal? i bought one for a 95 vtec and the number was 22-405 and the damn smog place pull out the PDF file from the ARB database and say that for the engine code h22a1, they dont have any carb number for it, anyone has one plz if possible share the number so i can go argue with aem or arb dept. thanks alot
