what to get for my hatch? which are best?
i need your opinions on which component speakers set(5.25 drop in or 6.5 modded) sounds good and won't break the bank. choices can be from diamond audio, mb quart, focal, boston acoustic, etc.
also is it worth it to get the q-form kickpanels?

For best sound quality i would go with an 6.5 modded. The q-form kickpanels is worth it if only you don't want to spend the time and effort of installing comps in the door panels. As far as the choices you mentioned its a toss up, all depends on your taste. Go to shops and listen to each of the brands. From there you can decide whats more enjoying to your own ears.
I really like kickers.. I just got a set of them for my car.Im not sure exactly which model, but theyre the 99.99 ones from crutchfield.. Got them from ebay for half of that, brand new.. They sound way way better than my previous speaker setup.

i was planning to install some 6.5 midbass in door location and to either go with a 4 or 5.25 midrange/tweeter in the q-forms and not use any rear fill besides the sub in a fiberglass spare tire box. would this give me good imaging or should i go ahead and install extra tweeters in the stock integra location or maybe in the covers of the outside mirrors.
A 3way system up front, doors and kick panel pods and no rears would work great, [if installed properly] I would go with components in the front stock locations and install the mid bass drivers in the stock rear locations.

i think that might be a cheaper route(q-forms are $150+shipping). what is the going price for rear speaker mounts/grills for a hatch?
would the tweeters be better position if it was in the same location as in a civic ex /gsr or in the mirror covers?
thanks fcm.

</TD></TR></TABLE> I would keep everything in the stock locations, if there are no stock tweeters, [oem tweeter locations] leave the tweeter for last, mount and wire everything, [extra wire for the tweeters] a little double sided tape and your fave tunes and move the tweeters around on the door, kick panels mirror mount access trim, find where you get the best "sound", [the way you like it].
The grills and mounts I get for $20-$30 at a pick a part, [with the speakers] I normally make my own mounts out of MDF, much better sound from the speaker, [bass responce] I have also turned the "dummy covers" into grills, a drill and some grill cloth, even $2 worth of spandex, [lots of colors to match your car] so you could make your own for about $5 worth of cloth and Tim Bits, the donuts are to trade for a couple pieces of MDF to make the mounting plates, [at your local car audio install shop.
