CEL code #16, can't find what it means (searched)

CEL code #16, can't find what it means (searched)
am i reading the code wrong? i jumped the blue connectore on my 97 SH and the ABS light shows a long flash and then 6quick flashes. is the code 16 or is it 10 and 6? car runs great, but theres a stumble after every shift like it cuts out. hard on the gas it runs great. go figure. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance guys.
