i just swapped in an OBD2 ls motor into my 99civic ex, the wiring harness plugs on the drivers side doesnt plug in correctly. now can i swap my sohc wiring harness onto the ls motor and run the motor like that? or will that effect the motor?

 

Stock harness should be fine, some wires might have to be extended, but it'll work.
