Default 3500 RPM, Cruising, KABOOM

So I am driving up on the interstate about 88 miles from home at around 3500 rpm and my tach begins to fly all over the place, no power, push the pedal down and it doesnt do ****, smoke then begins to fill the entire car! I somehow manage to coast up to the top of the off ramp and come to a stop on a slight incline. Smoke is billowing out of the engine bay and it is fuXored. I dont even get out of the car, just call up AAA. Didnt touch my feet on the ground until he got there 45 minutes later andthen I noticed a giganto puddle of coolant coming out of my exhaust. So weird I thought. Go home (AAA covers 100 miles and it was 88, w0ot!) and unload it. I didnt touch it for a while and finally this week I pulled the head off. Go to the page below for pics.

Sampler from the site:

There are roughly 31 pics in all and average size is 360k so itmay take a second to load. (they are resized) The water, i tried to dry up but wasnt so successful. It was rain bc i figured why try and keep this engine clean?

I bought the car for dirt cheap with intentions of swapping out the engine. Had a job that didnt allow me to have time to do said swap so I drove it like it running like ****. It had NO power at all, but it got me from point a to point b. I thought it would be fine as I thought it was just rings or something like that. Fugg it. Doesnt bother me, b16a going in this weekend.

BTW-it was a d16a6. Got a MPFI swap for sale now

Wow, looks like only cylinder #4 was untouched. Dropped a valve in #2 and indications of debris in #1 and #3 for some time, and to top it off crack sleeve in #1... Any bent or broken rods to top it off??

sea foam WOULDNT have helped that car at all, its MECHANICAL Damage. from the looks of it, It droped a valve.
